Key Description / Responsibilities: Should be able to prepare reports & HR MIS (For external & internal costumers, Corporate etc.). Should have very thorough knowledge and experience in Advanced Excel Formulas (V look up, Macros, Pivot Tables, H look up).Should have good HR analytical skills.Should have sound knowledge of HR Dashboard presentation. Should have ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion. Should have ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of associates and management.Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Should have ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
