Job Responsibilities:
○
He/ She should be able to handle independently total administration.
Financial Administration, Office Administration, Correspondence, HR Management, Stores Management, Transportation & Housekeeping, Estate Management Decision Making & Executing the Responsibilities Independently within the rules & regulations and reporting to the Management on all the issues by generating MIS Reports.
○
Should have good communication skills
○
Computer Knowledge is essential.
○
Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
○
Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
○
Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
