MUST HAVE:
Candidate only with excellent communication skills
Hands on experience in Team handling (Min Span of control handled should be 15-20ppl) should be from international telecom process (BPO)
Hands on experience of Forecasting, AHT, Shrinkage, SLA, Attrition, call volume allocation and rostering
Flexible working in rotational timings
Can look for tenured Team Leader (minimum 1 Year )
