Graduate/Post graduate
Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in sales Development role preferably through Distribution management
Experience in the mortgages/insurance in sales role is necessary

Local Area Candidates having the knowledge of potential market will be preferred
Age 24 -40Years
Good Communication & presentation Skills

Job Description
Responsible for recruitment & management of RMs/DSA - Identify, recruit & manage team of 8-10 Relationship managers

Execution of sales strategy - Increase market reach & penetration through market segmentation.

Responsible for assessment of market potential & work towards tapping the same with business delivery month on month

Ensure branch/unit profitability

Train and motivate team /channel partner to provide a better understanding of market/products & processes
