We are having urgent requirement for below position :-#Engineering Head.
#Exp Required- 10+ ( Charger/Mobile Industry)
#Salary – Best in Industry

#Responsibility
1. Assist in the management of engineering department, including team building, training, assessment, responsibility allocation.
2. Responsible for the company's products SMT, MI, assembly, packaging engineering.
3. Responsible for the company's SOP file writing, production efficiency improving.
4. Organised product failure analysis and improvement measures.
5. The maintenance of the company's production equipment, to ensure that the company's production capacity needs.

#Skill Requirement
1. Familiar with Electronics Power products.
2. Understand SMT, wave soldering machine operation and maintenance.
3. Have the ability to set up a team, training engineering team.
4. Excellent English communication.
5. Presentable
