Job Description
Ø Vendor Management
Ø Responsible for Supplier Audit
Ø Responsible for Weekly /Monthly/Early Quality report of all OEM factory
Ø Management Information System ( MIS )
Ø Responsible for Process Quality &Incoming Quality Control.
Ø Responsible for Local Supplier Incoming Materials Quality Control.
Ø Responsible for Pre Dispatch Delivery (PDI) at Supplier ends.
Ø Have to deal with various manufacturing issues with parts that effecting line quality and productivity.
Ø Supplier permanent improvement with the help of various improvement formats like 8D Analysis.
Ø Have to maintain all parts related data.
Ø Responsible for Instruments Calibration
Ø Weekly report to the quality manager regarding development status.
Ø Root cause problem analysis process through the 5 why process.
Ø Approve and verify the supplier’s countermeasures.
Ø Daily Process Audit of Part Assembly lines. # #
